Instructions

Step 1
Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Mix in a bowl ricotta, juice of one lemon, Parmesan, salt, pepper and pasta water from the pot till it’s really creamy. Add lemon zest and toss in your cooked pasta.
Step 3
Give it a good mix and add arugula.
Step 4
Place the pasta on a plate and top with chilli flakes and more parmesan.
