Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
1. Add salt and 3-4 tbsp of white vinegar in a baking pan mix it. Add it to the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 2
2. Wash and thinly sliced ( coles carisma potatoes) this has 25% less carbs.
Step 3
3. Add the potatoes to ice water for 10 minutes.
Step 4
4. Bring to boil water, add potatoes for 5 minutes with 1/2 cup of vinegar.
Step 5
5. Arrange the potatoes and pat them dry.
Step 6
6. Lightly spray oil on the potatoes
Step 7
7. Airfreight for 10 min at 400F (flip half way).
Step 8
8. Add salt and mix.
