Triple chocolate cookies

For all the chocoholics out there… I got u🙌🏻 You want (NEED) these cookies in your life. Trust me. These Oversized, thick, over the top decadent, triple chocolate cookies are calling your name. 📣✨ Chopped bittersweet chocolate, mini semisweet chocolate chips and cocoa powder all come together for a chocolate overload… in the best way possible. You’re welcome 😉😉 A few notes- *i used 1/4 cup batter for each cookie. They come out large and thick baked for 8 minutes. If you’re using more or less batter adjust timing. *i rolled the cookie dough and flattened them just a touch - if you like thicker cookies, refrigerate dough for an hour and bake rolled in a ball. If you like thinner cookies, flatten a little more. *I use large eggs for baking. If you’re using XL or jumbo eggs, use one whole egg and one egg yolk. Enjoy❤️💕 Chocolate overload cookies 1 cup margarine (2 sticks) 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 large eggs *(see note above⬆️) 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/3 cup flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 3/4 cup mini (semisweet) chocolate chips 3/4 cup chopped bittersweet chocolate (I use alprose) Using the paddle attachment on your mixer, beat margarine with sugars until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla and scrape down sides using a spatula. Mix until smooth. Then add dry ingredients (flour through salt). Mix until fully incorporated. Add chocolate chips / chunks Scoop 1/4 cup full portions Roll into a ball, for thicker cookies - don’t flatten. (See note⬆️*) Bake at 350 (Convection ) For 8 min Let cool. Enjoy❤️💕
