Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Line muffin pan with liners(12)

Sift dry ingredients and set aside
Step 4
Cream together butter and sugars with mixer in medium bowl till light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla and cream till pale

With mixer on low add 1/3 flour and buttermilk, do two more times beginning and ending with dry.
Step 7
Fold in chocolate chips and fill muffin cups full. Top with more chips if you want and sprinkle with coarse sugar.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and a toothpick in center comes out clean
