Instructions

Step 1
Chip the broccoli stem and break up the broccoli florets. Steam it boil until soft Finely chop shallot, garlic and chilli. Add the shallot to a pan with the olive oil and gently fry for 5 minutes until soft. At anchovies and mash with spoon then garlic and chilli. Then add the cooked broccoli and some of the cooking liquid and break down until it becomes saucey. Cook pasta until Al dente. Add chickpeas and pasta to broccoli and some of the pasta water. Cook for a minute then mix in the fresh chopped parsley and lemon juice. Season.
