Instructions
Cook the rice
Step 1
If possible, soak into water for 30min before class starts. If not, takes a bit longer to cook the rice

*Please do not remove a lid while cooking rice. *Please do not stir the rice while cooking rice.

Rinse the rice, straining it in clean water, change the water a few times.
Step 4
Pour the water into the cooking pot (and leave it for 30min.)
Step 5
Cook over medium heat until it boils. Then turn down to medium low heat for 5min. Turn down to lowest heat and cook for 7min

Try the rice. If the rice is still hard, add a little bit more around the edge of the rice. Cook till its soft
Prepare ingredients
Step 7
Ham: cut into pieces. if prawns are big, cut into half

Spring onion: cut into pieces

Garden peas: defrost
Step 10
Garlic : cut into small pieces

Egg: beat in a bowl
Mix the ingredients
Step 12
Pour 2Tbsp of oil (Vegetable oil + sesame oil for stir-fry) and place over high heat, add garlic and spring onion and turn down the heat

When you smell the garlic, add the egg and stir fry quickly until the eggs are half cooked.
Step 14
Add the cooked rice, and then fry well stirring continuously. (Keep shaking the frying pan back and forth to cook all the rice thoroughly
Step 15
Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce; finally add crayfish (or ham,prawn) and green peas mix all together.
