100gPork loin
or pork for stir fry, beef / chicken are OK as well
(if you are vegetarian, you can put more vegetables)
300gPotato
1carrot

¼ cupGarden peas
15mlVegetable oil
1 ½ TbspSoy sauce
Tin foil
for lid, Tin foil helps vegetables become flavored from the soup quickly
Soup stock
Instructions
Step 1
Pork, potato, carrot = cut into pieces. For potato, soak into water for 5 min. Onion = slice
Step 2
Heat up a sauce pan with vegetable oil(2Tbsp). Stir fly onion first and then, pork, carrot and potato
Step 3
When pork colour changes, add soup stock(200ml), sugar, mirin. Please do not add soy sauce at this stage.
Step 4
Place tin foil on the surface of the stew. Please make some holes in the foil before use.
Step 5
Cook 5 min with middle heat and then add soy sauce.
Step 6
Turn down the heat and cook another 15min.
Step 7
Once vegetable soften, add garden peas.
