Step 1
1. Pour veggie oil onto pan on medium heat and add sliced spam onto it. Add kimchi, sliced onion, and sliced scalions (White/light green parts only). Mix around until scallions are translucent. ā£ā£
Step 2
2. Add gochugaru, garlic, and mirin. Stir fry for about 5 minutes and then add rice water + sesame seed oil and cut up some sliced green peppers.ā£ā£
Step 3
3. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Add more water 1/4 cup at a time if the water disappears too quickly ā£.
Step 4
4. Top with tofu, extra scallions and or extra green pepper, simmer for 2 more minutes and serve with white rice. ā£
