Instructions

Step 1
SautΓ© your cooked gnocci in olive oil until browned around the edges and remove from the pan
Step 2
To the hot pan add the red onion and garlic and cook until caramelised
Step 3
Add the tomato paste and cherry tomatoes and cook down with a splash of water until it forms a sauce
Step 4
Add the gnocci back in, stir through and top with vegan cheese (burrata) and fresh basil
