Instructions

Step 1
1. Place chicken in a bowl and add 1/4 cup of sour sauce, ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and vinegar. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes or more while you chop veggies.
Step 2
2. Melt 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the chicken. Let cook for a couple of minutes on each side till done, transfer to a plate.
Step 3
3. Add remaining oil to pan with veggies, add soy sauce and toss around 3 to 4 minutes till veggies are crisp. Return chicken to pan and toss.
