Cottage Cheese Scrambled eggs

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all of your ingredients except cheese together in a bowl, blender, or food processor (use a blender or food processor if you don't like the texture of cottage cheese) Personally I use a stick blender to blend my cottage cheese right in its container as soon as I open it because I prefer my cottage cheese smooth in all my recipies.

Step 2
Take out a stovetop pan or griddle and turn your burner on medium heat
Step 3
Coat your pan or griddle with your Olive Oil, Butter, or Cooking Spray
Step 4
Pour your mix in and cook your eggs until your desired consistency (keep them moving as you cook them for the best result)
Step 5
remove from heat and mix in cheese, stirring until melted
