Prawns
Step 1
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the prawns and fry for about 30s.
Step 2
Add then seasoning and fry for another 30-60s.
Summer rolls
Step 3
Cook the rice noodles according package instructions.
Step 4
Slice the avocado, carrot and bell pepper. And cut the nori sheet into 3 small rectangles.
Step 5
Dip the rice paper in water. It should be covered with water everywhere but don't soak it!
Step 6
Place the rice paper on your working space. It will soften by the time you add the ingredients.
Step 7
Place one nori sheet on top. Then add 1/3 of the avocado, carrot, bell pepper, rice noodles and spring onion. Finish with 2 prawns.
Step 8
Now place the sides towards the center. Then place the front part of the rice paper over the filling and roll it up.
Step 9
Repeat with the other 2 rice papers.
Step 10
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the summer rolls and fry for 1-2min each side until crispy and slightly brown. Enjoy!
