Instructions
Step 1
Mix Flour, Paprika, Thyme, Old Bay seasoning, Salt, Pepper. Place mixture in a small pan. Bake at 350* until brown, stirring often. Set a side.
Step 2
Place chicken stock in a 5-6 quart pot. Add smoked sausage, onions, bell peppers, and celery. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 min.
Step 3
Place spice mixture in bowl. Stir in 1 cup of water and mix until you have a smooth paste
Step 4
Slowly add paste to chicken stock, stirring constantly. Add chopped chicken, shrimp and bratwursts. Cook until chicken and shrimp are done. about 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
