Boil water then when boiled add the chicken for 2-3 minutes after it boiled point again.

please take out the chicken and cool it or prepare the day before. I sometimes use liquid instead of water for this recipe. or discarded the water.

The Main Soup

saute the onion when soft add the chopped garlic for 1 minute.

8 1/2 cups of water to the pot with all vegetables chopped -after boiling for 10 minutes medium heat. add the chicken to boil for 10-15 minutes.

in a small bowl mix five spoons of hot soup with egg yolks, flour, and cream to the soup. Then add the lemon zest & juice for 5-8 minutes.
