Instructions

Step 1
1. Cut the flat tofu into thick pieces.
Step 2
2. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the hot pan, add the flat tofu and fry until both sides are golden brown, take out the tofu and set aside.

3. Heat another pan, pour 1 teaspoon of oil, add minced pork and stir-fry until white. Add minced ginger, minced garlic, and 15 grams of green onion (white) and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4
4. Add the spicy bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out. Add water, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and white vinegar and bring to a boil.
Step 5
5. Add the fried tofu and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes to absorb the flavor.
Step 6
6. After thickening the soup, add 15 grams of green onions and sesame oil and mix well.
