Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bacon into small pieces amd fry in the bottom of a Dutch oven. Season liberally with worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 2
Set aside the bacon once it is quite crispy. Cook the ground beef in the remaining bacon grease and again, season with the same 5 seasonings.
Step 3
Dice the tomato and season with smoked paprika and seasoning salt. Add to the ground beef as it cooks.
Step 4
Once the beef is well browned, move to one side of the Dutch oven, and melt the butter there. Pour in the beef broth and mustard, and mix altogether. Add any more of any of the seasonings until your desired taste is reached.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Let cook together for 30 minutes. Melt in the cream cheese and cheddar cheese; be sure to stir until thoroughly combined.
Step 6
Remove from heat. Add the bacon and heavy cream in and stir to combine. Enjoy!
