Instructions

Step 1
Cube potatoes and Spam to similar sizes. Boil potatoes for 3 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
In a pan, stir-fry Spam until golden brown, and add potatoes and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and continue to fry for about 1 minute on medium-high heat.
Step 3
After 1 minute, put 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, ¼ cup of water, ¼ cup of mirin, 4 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, a bit of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger into the pan. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add about 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.
Step 4
Stir well and the sauce mixture. Simmer on medium for 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Finish with 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
