Instructions

Step 1
Line medium to large sauce pan or iron skillet with aluminum foil, place on low to medium flame
Step 2
Place habanero peppers in pan until skin of pepper begin blister and char. Remove peppers from heat and into blender
Step 3
Place tomatillos in pan until skin begins blister and char. Remove tomatillos from heat and into blender
Step 4
Place garlic cloves in pan until they become fragrant and begin to slightly brown
Step 5
Begin to blend in intervals from chop to liquify
Step 6
Once the consistency is as desired. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.
