Instructions
Step 1
Season salmon filets with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Finley shred purple cabbage, green cabbage, and carrots and mix throughly.
Step 3
Finely chop cilantro and stir in with sour cream. Add like for extra flavor and a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Add hot sauce to mayo and mix throughly. Set aside to top your tacos with.
Step 5
Heat corn tortillas and coat each with sour cream mixture, layer of slaw, and half a filet of salmon. Drizzle spicy mayo on top and enjoy!
