Instructions

Step 1
Spread the chipotle paste over the salmon fillets and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Pop the salmon fillets in the air fryer for 10 mins at 175C. You can also bake them in the oven at 180C fan for 10 mins.

For the salad, chop the tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. Thinly slice the red chilli and spring onions. Drizzle a little olive oil, squeeze the lime over and season with sea salt.

Serve the salmon with salad and rice on the side. Sprinkle with more fresh chilli to your liking!
