BBQ SALMON TACOS

These salmon tacos take all the flavors of a delicious summer BBQ and pack it into the most delicious taco. It's the perfect weeknight dinner to make in under 30 minutes and the air fryer does all the work. The salmon turns out flakey in the center, crispy on the outside, and the flavor is both smokey and sweet!

Salmon
1 poundsalmon
skin removed and cubed
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonsalt
adjust to taste
1 teaspoonchili powder
½ teaspoonsmoked paprika
½ teaspooncumin
½ teaspooncoriander
½ teaspoonoregano
½ teaspoonblack pepper
¼ cupBBQ sauce
more to taste

For assembly
Instructions
Step 1
To a bowl, add the cubed salmon along with the olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, and black pepper. Mix to combine evenly.
Step 2
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Spray the tray with oil to prevent sticking. Add the salmon cubes, making sure they're spaced apart.
Step 4
Air fry for 7 minutes.
Step 5
Open the air fryer and brush with the barbecue sauce.
Step 6
Air fry for 1 to 2 minutes more.
Step 7
Take out of the air fryer.
Step 8
To a tortilla, add the avocado, lettuce or cabbage, sour cream, salmon, corn, cotija, and cilantro to enjoy!
