Instructions

Step 1
Beat eggs with salt pepper garlic powder chili powder and sriracha sauce then add to a pan with a little oil . Sprinkle in the diced peppers into the egg

Slice the bread in half then dip it in the egg while the egg is still liquid then flip it over straight away . Add cheese sliced scallions and sliced cherry tomatoes Season with salt and pepper then cook until golden before folding the sandwich over and flipping . Cook one more minute until crispy then serve
