Subzee Kay Pakoray

Prep:10minCook:15min
Subzee kay pakoras are vegetable fritters made from gram flour. This recipe uses onions and spinach; however, any vegetables can be used. Tastes great with chutney or tomato ketchup. Usually, these are deep-fried, but this recipe is made in less oil and is slow-cooked. These can be packed in a lunch box for work, school or picnics.
