Step 1
Defrost shrimp according to the packages instructions. Pat dry. Season shrimp and cook it in the air fryer at 320° for around 6-8 minutes

Step 2
Add the cabbage, carrots, and cilantro together in a bowl and give it a rough chop. Add the Greek yogurt, avocado, lime juice, onion powder, garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine.

Toast the tortillas to your preferences
