Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, put 2T soy sauce, 1T tuna fish sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1T cooking wine, 1T gochugaru, 1T sugar, 1/2T minced garlic, a bit pepper. Mix well
Step 2
Chop 3 green onions.
Step 3
Cut half an onion into appropriate sizes. Cut the tofu in half and slice it to a suitable thickness. Place the tofu on top of the onions and pour the sauce over it. Add about 4 tablespoons of water and place the chopped green onions on top. Cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
After 5 minutes, the tofu is deliciously braised. Spicy and tasty braised tofu is done!
