2 lbsausage
season with seasoning salt, maybe little garlic powder/onion powder/dried minced onion
1 quartheavy cream
1can of fire roasted tomatoes
blend first makes them smaller bits for kids
3 teaspoonsminced garlic
¼ teaspoondried basil
salt
to taste
chicken stock base

1 cupsparmesan cheese
can add 1 cup during and at the end if it needs more just sprinkle it in
Instructions
Step 1
Brown Sausage
Step 2
Cook pasta according to package (set aside)
Step 3
Add seasoning (garlic, salt, onion powder, minced onion) to sausage
Step 4
Drain excess fat then Stir in blended fire roasted tomatoes, cream, basil, better than bullion chicken, and half of the Parmesan cheese
Step 5
Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer until it begins to thicken (around 8 mins)
Step 6
Add pasta and other half of Parmesan cheese (sometimes I use shredded for this one)
