300gbeef strips
1 headbrocolli
chopped into bite size pieces
250gmushrooms
sliced
salt
pepper
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a pan, with oil, over high heat. Add the beef strips being sure to lay tthem down in a single layer, allowing them to sear properly. Be sure to rotate the strips, so that they cook evenly.
Step 2
Once, the beef is cooked, remove from the pan and turn the heat down to medium-high. Add the chopped mushrooms salt and pepper, cooking until the mushrooms had resuced and most of the water has evaporated.
Step 3
Add in the broccoli, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and meat back into the pan, sauteing until the brocolli is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
(Be sure not not overcook the mixture and let the brocolli turn brown.)
Step 4
Serve in tortillas with mayonaise and grated cheese.
