Soup mix
or barley
tomatoes
chopped
cucumber
sliced
chicken
crumbed
feta cheese
olive oil
salt
pepper
lemon juice
lemon pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the soup mix and crumbed chicken according to package instructions. (Use the cooking time to prepare your vegetables.)
Step 2
To the soup-mix mixture, add a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, lemmon pepper, salt and pepper. (Feel free to use what oil you have; whilst oilive oil does add flavour it's main purpose is add to the mouthfeel of the dish)
Step 3
Serve the seasoned soup-mix mixture in a bowl and top with the tomato, cucumber and chicken. Crumble over as much feta cheese as your heart desires, add any additional sauces if you wish, and enjoy.
