Step 1

Slice chicken breast into thin slices.
Step 2

Cut onion into thin slices.
Step 3

Cut tomato into 8 pieces
Step 4

Cut green and red pepper into long slices or squares.
Step 5

Chop cucumber into squares.
Step 6

Chop pineapple into squares.
Step 7

Finely chop the garlic
Step 8

Chop Spring onion into long pieces
Step 9

Heat your pan and add the oil
Step 10

Add garlic and fry it abit until it just starts going brown
Step 11

Add your chicken and fry until cooked
Step 12

Add onion and stir a bit
Step 13

Add red and green pepper and stir a bit
Step 14

Add Tomato pieces and pineapple and stir fry a bit more
Step 15

Now add tomato suace, sugar, vineger and light soy sauce

Add the spring onion

Lastly add the 2 tbs of vinegar

Stir fry a bit more
Step 19

Serve with Thai Jasmin Rice
