Instructions
Step 1
Add oats to a bowl and then cover them with water. Then add a few drops of the no cal drops and mix this together.
Step 2
Heat in the microwave for 2 mins 30 secs. They should be quite thick as the whey protein powder will make them more watery.
Step 3
Allow to cool for ~1 min and then add the protein powder to the bowl. Mix this around until the whey is well combined.
Step 4
Top with fruit of choice. I used raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and some no cal maple syrup.
