Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Step 2
Cook couscous as instructed on packaging
Step 3
Cut chicken into cubes and onion, bell pepper and mushrooms into 2 x 2 pieces. Thread onto the skewers
Step 4
Thread chicken, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms onto the skewers.
Step 5
Cook the skewers for about 20-30 minutes in the oven until chicken is well cooked throughout.
Step 6
Meanwhile, prepare green vegetables as you wish.
Step 7
Serve chicken skewers alongside couscous and green vegetables.
