Instructions

Step 1
Measure 100 ml water. Pour into the starter jar, shake to mix, then pour into breadmaker.
Step 2
Add another 300ml of water into the breadmaker.
Step 3
Add ½ c rolled oats into breadmaker.
Step 4
Put pan onto kitchen scales and set to zero.
Step 5
Add 150g wholemeal flour and 350 g white flour (total 500g). Roughly level off top.
Step 6
Add 1t salt.
Step 7
Add 2T sugar.
Step 8
Make a small well on top and add 2T olive oil.
Step 9
Sprinkle in 1T sunflower seeds if you wish.
Step 10
Put in breadmaker and select “whole-wheat dough”. Increase time to 8 hours or longer, depending on when you want to take it out.
Step 11
Press Start.
Step 12
Add 1cm cold water into Starter jar. Add approximately equal amount of wholemeal flour, Mix with knife, put on lid, onto fridge. (may need more flour/water)
