Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Step 2
Place chicken in a baking dish. In a small bowl, mix coconut milk and curry paste together and then pour over chicken.
Step 3
Bake chicken for 18-22 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Step 4
Meanwhile, to your preference, fry vegetables or heat in microwave and cook rice as per package instructions
Step 5
Serve chicken with rice and vegetables
