Cheesecake Filling
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the egg whites, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla flavour drops, maple syrup and red food colouring until smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Dip the bread into the mix and allow to coat fully on all sides.
Step 3
Heat a pan over medium heat, spray with frylite and then add the bread to the pan. Pour the excess mixture on top. Allow to cook on both sides until crispy.
Step 4
While cooking, prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Step 5
Place mixing one slice of bread on ap plate, add some of the cheesecake filling on top, then place the next slice on top and add more filling and finally place the 3rd slice on top and add the remaining filling. Top with strawberries.
