I halved the recipe to feed 4 adults. I added grated Parmesan and cheddar cheese and spring onions. I cooked on medium high. Very fluffy and delicious.

Very good, fed a crowd of hungry kids! Used large cast iron griddle plan and did 2tbsp batter per pancake Does need hobs on medium heat (low isn't enough). Second time: made larger ones, 1/3 cup batter, only fits 2 on my griddle. Made 17.
