Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add a little olive oil and sautรฉ the mushrooms, leeks, and garlic until softened.
Step 4
Add the shredded cabbage and cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
Step 5
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta mixture and stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Serve hot, sprinkled with the crispy bacon on top.
