Ingredients

300 gram Chicken breast
300 gramChicken breast
1 Packetsatay sauce mix
1 Packetsatay seasoning mix
1 teaspoon chicken stock for marinating
1 teaspoonchicken stock
for marinating
½ teaspoonfor sauce
500 ml Coconut milk
500mlcoconut milk
2 Tablespoon ground roasted peanuts
2 Tablespoonground roasted peanuts
1 Tablespoontamarind sour sauce

Instructions

The Marinade

Step 1
Mix the satay seasoning + 1 teaspoon chicken stock with 125 ml coconut milk ( half pack )
Step 2
Marinade the meat for minimum 1 hour

Satay sauce

Step 3
In a small pot - Pour 125 ml ( half pack ) coconut milk and while stirring add, satay sauce mix, 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock, 1 tablespoons tamarind sour sauce and peanuts. Put medium heat and stir for 3-4 minute or until the mixture starts to become sticky. Satay sauce is ready.

Fry

Step 4
Now add 250 ml coconut milk and the marinated chicken in a fry pan. Cook/fry till chicken become sticky.
