Trappin Trio Pineapple Bowls w/ pineapple dragonfruit teryaki glaze

This a great try taste delicious and is something outside the box. This is my first recipe post so bear with me. Feel free to comment and let me know how it turns out!

Ingredients
6 servings
1 cuppineapple juice
6Pineapple
hollowed out
½ cupsoy sauce
2 Tbshoisin sauce
garlic
Minced, to your likings
1dragon fruit
split
chicken breast
Thin sliced
top round steak
shrimp
3 cupsrice
cooked and chilled
Carrots
diced cube
peas
Spanish onion
diced
green onion
chopped
Bell pepper
diced
4eggs
scrambled
ginger puree
½ cupbrown sugar
¼ cuphoney
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add soy sauce hoisin sauce ginger puree minced garlic pineapple juice and whisk
Step 2
Rinse meats separate add teryaki marinade you just created to each meat let marinade for 5-6 hrs (not required but tastes best with longer marinade)
For Fried Rice
Step 3
Melt 4 tbs of butter in skillet when melted add 4 eggs season to taste scramble eggs set aside
Step 4
Melt 1/4 stick of butter in skillet once melted add onion peppers peas and carrots to the pan sautée on high heat for 3-4 mins stirring until lightly charred move veggies to the side of pan add 2 tbs off sesame oil wait until hot add chilled rice chopped pineaple from hollowed pineapple shell and 1/4 cup soy sauce season to taste stir every couple mins until fried.
Step 5
Heat pan with olive oil cook each different meat separate once done cut steak into slices as well as the chicken the shrimp is optional to cut
Pineapple DragonFruit Teryaki Glaze
Step 6
Blend half of dragon fruit with 1/2 cup of pineapple remains add a dash of water before blending and any juice from pineapple
Step 7
In a separate pot add 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tbs hoisin sauce minced garlic brown sugar honey and pineapple dragonfruit blend whisk and heat over low to medium flame until it thickens up to your consistency. Drizzle over the top of your prepared pineapple bowl and enjoy!
