½ cupcornstarch

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

½ tspsalt

¼ tspwhite pepper
black pepper works too, but it’ll be visible

1 tspgolden sugar

½ cupwater

1 tspsesame oil
optional

1 litrecooking oil
I like to use pure, light olive oil, but you can use any oil and optionally add a couple of tablespoons of peanut oil to it if you want
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the other ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add your cubed meat, and toss to coat well using some tongs.
