Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Melt peanut butter and coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Stir in oats, coconut flakes and pecans. Mix well. Add powdered sugar and stir until you can't see any dry powder.
Step 4
Dump onto lined baking sheet and spread out mixture. Bake for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Cool and enjoy!
