Sticky sweet chilli tofu and pineapple

Sweet chilli marinated tofu fried with pineapple in a sweet and sour sauce.

Instructions
Step 1
Set the rice to boil in a saucepan (10 mins).
Step 2
Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes and fry in a pan.
Step 3
Add the sweet & sour sauce to the tofu. Mix in 20g pineapple juice from the tin.
Step 4
Add in the pineapple and heat for 5 mins.
Step 5
Drain the rice and serve to the side of the tofu.
