Instructions

Step 1
Divide lettuce from 2 x 265g pkts caesar salad kit among serving bowls. Remove and discard the skin from the 2 x 150g pkts hot smoked salmon. Tear the salmon into chunks and add to the lettuce in the bowls.
Step 2
Top with the 200g Perino tomatoes, sliced, 250g pkt qukes (baby cucumbers), quartered lengthways and 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced. Sprinkle the bacon, croutons and parmesan from the salad kits over the salad and drizzle with the dressing. Season with pepper to serve
