Preheat oven to 350. Spray or grease a 13 x 9 baking dish however you chose. I used bakers joy baking spray.

In a blender, pour the oats, baking powder, almond milk, vanilla, eggs, bananas, and cinnamon and blend until smooth.

Pour into greased dish. Place blueberries and walnuts evenly around mixture. Pour honey over mixture in a swirl pattern.

Bake until golden and done in the middle. Depending on the oven, around 4-45 minutes.

Let cool and cut into 6 slices.

Serve with plain greek yogurt dallop.

Cakes can be placed in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer for 3-4 months.
