Instructions

Step 1
Boil some salty water. Add asparagus in it, and boil for 1-3 minutes, depending on its thickness. Get it out in ice water.
Step 2
Finely cut parsley, thyme, green onion, mint.
Step 3
Use blender to thoroughly mix separated bearnaise, feta (or some other salty crumbly cheese), eggs, grinded pepper corns. Use stalk to thin the mixture out. It should be pouring out of the bowl nicely.
Step 4
Heat up the oven to 200C. Spread the puff pastry dough onto the form, prickle it everywhere. Put into the over for 15 minutes
Step 5
Get the pastry out of the oven. Make a dent in the center to put all asparaguses horizontally. Sprinkle with all finely cut herbs. Pour the sauce over
Step 6
Put in the over for 20-25 minutes in 160C. Once the sauce is set and not jiggly anymore, you can get it out of the oven.
