Instructions

Step 1
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain water.
Step 2
Heat sauce pan lightly coated with olive oil.
Step 3
Cook shrimp until they are opaque.
Step 4
Add imitation crab to sauce pan until heated through
Step 5
Remove shrimp and crab from pan. Set aside.
Step 6
Melt butter in same pan used to cook shrimp and crab. Saute garlic until fragrant (30 sec).
Step 7
Add heavy cream to pan. Season with salt and pepper. Heat until simmering. Cook for 5 mins stirring occasionally.
Step 8
Slowly stir in parmesan cheese until you get a thick and saucy consistency.
Step 9
Toss pasta, crab, and shrimp in sauce.
Step 10
Serve immediately.
