Instructions

Step 1
Add bell peppers and onion to a baking sheet and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes. Otherwise just bake them in a pan on medium to high heat for 10 minutes with olive oil.

To the slowcooker add the baked vegetables, chicken breast, red enchilada sauce, of green chiles, fire roasted tomatoes, garlic purée, onion powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne Then cook in slowcooker: High: 2-3 hours Low: 3-4 hours
