Instructions
Step 1
Add bell peppers and onion to a baking sheet and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes. Otherwise just bake them in a pan on medium to high heat for 10 minutes with olive oil.



Step 2
To the slowcooker add the baked vegetables, chicken breast, red enchilada sauce, of green chiles, fire roasted tomatoes, garlic purée, onion powder, salt, black pepper
and cayenne Then cook in slowcooker:
High: 2-3 hours
Low: 3-4 hours









Step 3
After the slowcooker is finished, add halfcooked pasta and blended sauce from the following ingredients: Cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cheddar powder, cheddar powder, milk and salt + pepper to taste. Cover on high for 15-20 minutes
