Triple Berry Overnight Oats
Note: For a single-bowl prep, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate; divide oat mixture into 2 bowls or ramekins before adding reserved berries, nuts and honey.

Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop all berries. Divide oats evenly; place into two Mason jars or large ramekins.
Step 2
Add half the milk, yogurt, berries (reserving 1 Tbsp of each berry for garnish), chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon to each jar.
Step 3
Gently stir until well combined.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Step 5
Before serving top each with resaved berries, nuts and a drizzle of honey, if desired.
