Instructions
Step 1
Mix the chili powder, coriander and salt in a large, shallow bowl; roll pork into the mixture.
Step 2
Add pork to a slow-cooker; add any seasoning that does not stick to the pork.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk the tomato paste, Sunkist® Cara Cara Orange Juice, vinegar and garlic.
Step 4
Pour mixture over the pork, then add onion; cover.
Step 5
Set the cooker on low; cook for 8 hours or until tender.
Step 6
Use 2 forks to shred the pork and serve as desired. Serve as taco filling, in chili or as a sandwich
