Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to boil, add a splash of vinegar
Step 2
Add room temperature eggs and boil for 6 minutes

Remove eggs IMMEDIATELY and place in an ice bath to cool

In a container add 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 of sugar and 1/4 cup of warm water and stir until sugar dissolves
Step 5
Add green onions, garlic, onions, and lao gan ma
Step 6
Peel eggs, rinse and place in container
Step 7
Leave in fridge for up to 3-4 days
