Pressure cooker recipe! Feel free to add 1 lb of chicken thigh too. If not using a pressure cooker, simmer over the stove for an hour, and you can add 1 green bell pepper in the last 20 minutes.

Instructions

Step 1
Peel and cut vegetables into medium pieces. Cut chicken into medium pieces.
Step 2
Cook rice in rice cooker
Step 3
Using pressure cooker's saute function, add oil and vegetables and meat for 5 minutes
Step 4
Separately, dissolve curry cube in 1 cup of hot water
Step 5
Add curry mixture to pot with 2 cups of water
Step 6
Use pressure cook function for 15 minutes
Step 7
Add ketchup and soy sauce
